2019

The team from Southwest joined with a group from Evansville, Indiana! They built another clean water well, this one bigger than any of the others, servicing nearly 30,000 people! God is so Good!

2018

This year the mission team from Southwest is going to Kisambala, Tanzania, a much more remote area with an even greater need for clean water. In June this area has already seen a number of deaths from the lack of clean water. During the month of July GCDI and Southwest Christian Church will work to drill a new, sustainable well for the people in this region. Please follow the progress of the trip and join with us in prayer.

2017

Southwest has had the opportunity to partner with GDCI to work with the people of Morogoro, TZ as well as surrounding villages. Most recently a team traveled in July 2017 to build a clean water well for the people of Melala. They also hosted a women's conference and fun learning time for the children of the village.
